The “Spierer” tobacco warehouse was built in 1924 by the Austrian architect Konrand von Vilas for the Swiss tobacco manufacturer Herman Spierer. Because of its imposing presence, was called Skyscraper Spierer. A historic landmark of industrial architecture monument, 7.500 square meters.
We supplied MALTA DI ALLETAMENTO 770 mortar, LEGANTE PER INIEZIONE 790 for grouting and MALTA STRUTTURALE 712 plasters for enhancement. Today it operates as the hotel Hydrama.
