The marine fortress built by the Venetians in Heraklion, Crete, is called “Koule”. It is located at the entrance of the Venetian port in order to protect the port of Heraklion.
For the fixing, grouting and enhancement mortars we supplied hydraulic lime NHL 3,5 , hydraulic lime NHL5, ceramic powder, red ocher, pozzolan, lime and appropriately graded quartz sand.
